Returning a purchase is simple and safe
We want every shopping experience to be flawless. If you wish to return one or more items, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return eligibility conditions
We invite you to check that the items are returned in the same condition in which they were received :
- with internal labels and original tags intact
- free from stains, signs of wear or damage
- accompanied by the original packaging
If the product is not in compliant condition, we reserve the right not to proceed with the refund and to return the item, with shipping costs to be paid by the customer .
Return service costs
- Italy : €6, deducted directly from your refund
- Abroad : €50, deducted from the refund
- €2 supplement in case of missing original packaging or non-optimal conditions
How to proceed with the return
1. Start the request
Log in to the returns portal and enter your order number or tracking code . Send your return request to assistenza@showbizlab.it
2. Prepare the package
You'll receive a shipping label via email to print and attach to your package . You can then drop it off at your nearest BRT location.
3. Get your refund
After receiving and verifying your return, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 2–5 business days of confirmation.
The return costs (€6 or €30) and any reconditioning costs (€2) will be deducted from the refunded total .
You will receive a confirmation email upon approval of your return.
