Purchasing from Denim System SRL is a simple and secure process.
The Customer needs to browse the collections, choose the product, and order the shipment. The online store offers clothing and accessories from the best international fashion brands. Thanks to the exclusive service and unmistakable style of Denim System, shopping will become a unique experience. To navigate through the selections, just choose a CATEGORY and explore the products from the main Italian and international brands offered by Denim System. Each product is accompanied by a description card with details about the model, price, composition, sizes, and colors.

By clicking ADD TO CART, the desired item is placed in a virtual shopping bag that allows you to continue browsing other pages of the website while awaiting order confirmation. You can add more items at any time, or use the REMOVE ITEM function to exclude selected ones. By clicking on the SHOPPING BAG link, the prices of the individual items and the total amount of the order (still partial and unconfirmed) will be shown. With the WISHLIST feature, you can compile a list of preferred items while shopping, which will be saved in a dedicated space, allowing you to review them whenever you like. Once you've made your selection, you can easily add it to the cart.

When you click PLACE ORDER, the online shopping process is complete. If you're already a Denim System SRL customer, just enter your email and password, and the system will automatically recognize you. If it’s your first visit to Denim System SRL’s online store, you’ll need to register (by clicking on the REGISTER link), entering the necessary information for the purchase and shipment. After registration, the system will store your details and you will be automatically recognized during subsequent visits.

Products purchased on Denim System SRL are sold directly by Denim System SRL.

Our Commercial Policy

Denim System SRL offers products for sale on Denim System SRL and operates its e-commerce activity exclusively towards end users who are "consumers."
When we refer to "consumer," we mean any individual acting on Denim System SRL for purposes not related to their business, entrepreneurial, or professional activity, if any. If you are not a "consumer," we kindly ask you to refrain from making any commercial transactions on Denim System SRL.
In accordance with its commercial policy, Denim System SRL reserves the right not to process orders from entities other than "consumers" or from orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.
These General Sales Terms govern solely the offer, forwarding, and acceptance of purchase orders of products on Denim System SRL between Denim System SRL users.
These General Sales Terms do not govern the supply of services or the sale of products by entities other than Denim System SRL, which may appear on Denim System SRL through links, banners, or other hyperlinks.
Denim System SRL reserves the right to cancel and/or reject any order and for any reason (e.g., unavailability, inventory errors, defective items). Of course, the cancellation will be followed by a refund of the total amount spent; the refund will be made using the same method used for payment of the order.

Guarantees and Price Information

Denim System SRL offers exclusively luxury branded products of the highest quality for sale. These products are purchased directly from carefully selected retailers known for their strict quality control.
Denim System SRL collaborates with Luxury Boutiques located exclusively in Italy, with established direct relationships (all authorized retailers).
The goods for sale on Denim System SRL are not solely obtained from the brand owners but from authorized retailers. Denim System SRL states that it is not an authorized reseller or an agent of the brands sold on the site. All brands mentioned on the site are registered trademarks of their respective owners, who hold the rights and ownership. The mere mention of such brands on the site does not suggest or imply that the respective owners have any affiliation or agreement with the website.
Denim System SRL does not sell used, irregular, or lower quality products compared to the corresponding market standards.
The essential features of the products are presented on Denim System SRL in each product page. The images and colors of the products for sale on Denim System SRL may not match the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
Product prices may be subject to updates. Please check the final sale price before submitting the order form. Any price change, whether increase or decrease, is at our sole discretion and may occur even seconds after the order is completed.
In the event you exercise your right of withdrawal, Denim System SRL has the right to refuse the return of products that are missing their tags or warranty seals, altered in their essential and qualitative features, or damaged.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs €5 throughout Italy.

Denim System SRL ships in Italy and worldwide exclusively via the GLS courier service. All goods shipped by Denim System SRL are carefully packed. Along with the shipped goods, Denim System SRL will include the invoice (or send it via email if requested), detailing the prices of the purchased items.

FREE INSURANCE

Denim System SRL is covered by free insurance for all shipments against theft and/or accidental damage. The insurance remains valid until the goods are delivered.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders that are correctly completed and paid will be processed within two business days. All shipments depart from Denim System SRL only on business days (Monday to Friday) between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Tuesday.

TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE

Denim System SRL offers its customers a trackable shipping service at all times, provided by GLS. The customer will receive an email confirming the shipment with a tracking number provided by GLS, allowing them to check the status of their shipment at any time. Alternatively, they can always check the delivery status in the “My Account” section of the website.

SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

Shipments may be either DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address. DDP shipping is for EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, UK, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary), where VAT is already calculated and included in the purchase price. DDU shipping is for non-EU or non-Schengen countries, where VAT is not charged on the purchase price.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times depend on the destination area of the products:

ITALY (DDP): Delivery is generally expected within 5/12 days from the order, depending on the availability of our suppliers, with delivery in the following three business days.
EU Countries (DDP): Delivery is generally expected within 3-5 business days from shipment.
Non-EU European Countries (DDU): Delivery is generally expected within 5-7 business days from shipment.
Rest of the World: Delivery is generally expected within 7-10 days from shipment via Express Service.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Once the goods are delivered, it is the Customer’s responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt. If the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, the Customer can sign the receipt with reservations or refuse the delivery. Any discrepancies should be promptly reported to the local GLS office and Denim System SRL via email to our customer service.
If the Customer refuses the delivery of the goods, any shipping costs for the return of the package to Denim System SRL will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If, for any reason, the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Denim System SRL at the Customer's expense. In this case, Denim System SRL will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
