Refund policy
Denim System srl aims to ensure complete customer satisfaction by offering the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return must be made at the customer's expense and under their responsibility within 14 days of delivery, and only if the returned items are intact and unused.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To send a return to Denim System SRL, the customer must comply with the following conditions:
All items sold on the website www.showbizlab.it are delivered to the customer with an authenticity tag attached to the item via a tamper-proof seal with the logo. The item should be tried on without removing the tag and without tampering with the security seal. Returns will only be accepted with an intact security seal, which may be a plastic seal with a thread or, in the case of certain shoes, a label placed on the sole. Returns with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed, or tampered with will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed, or treated in any way.
The items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped to the customer and must be appropriately packed and wrapped.
All other labels on the item, both fabric and hang tags, must be intact and never removed from the item.
The return items can be shipped with any courier (at the customer’s expense).
If the customer wishes to exchange size, color, or item, they must proceed with the return process and place a new order on the website www.showbizlab.it.
Returns of underwear and swimwear items will not be accepted.
If any of the above conditions are not met, Denim System SRL reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the customer at their own expense.
RETURN PROCEDURE
To request return authorization, the customer must send a request to ecommerce@showbizlab.it within 14 days of receiving the goods. The email must specify the product codes of the items to be returned. Once the return request is received, the customer service team at www.showbizlab.it will send the customer written confirmation with specific instructions to follow.
The shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
The return is at the customer's risk: Denim System SRL is not responsible for any loss or damage due to improper packaging or delays in delivery. The items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or in the same type of packaging. Inside the package, the customer will find a label to place as a seal on the outer packaging to protect both the customer and www.showbizlab.it against any tampering with the return.
All returned items will be inspected by the www.showbizlab.it team to verify that the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure have been met. www.showbizlab.it reserves the right to assess any additional charges that may be necessary to make the returned items available for resale. These amounts will be determined at the end of the inspection and communicated to the customer.
REFUND
If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the customer will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the return. The refund will be processed via credit card (if the order was paid with a credit card), PayPal (if the order was paid with PayPal), or bank transfer.
