Shipping policy

Denim System SRL ships within Italy exclusively using the GLS express courier service. All merchandise shipped by Denim System SRL is carefully packaged. Along with the merchandise, Denim System SRL will include the invoice in the package, detailing prices and any applied discounts, even in the case of sales.

FREE INSURANCE
Denim System SRL provides free insurance on all shipments against theft and/or accidental damage. The insurance remains valid until the merchandise is delivered.

ORDER FULFILLMENT
All correctly completed and paid orders will be processed within two working days. All shipments from Denim System SRL (Italy) are made only on business days, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Tuesday.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE
Denim System SRL offers its customers a trackable shipping service at any time, thanks to the service provided by GLS. The customer will receive a confirmation email once the merchandise has been shipped, along with a tracking number from GLS, which will allow the customer to check the status of their shipment at any time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipments can be either DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address. DDP shipping applies to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Hungary), where VAT is already calculated and included in the purchase price. DDU shipping applies to non-EU or non-Schengen countries, where VAT is not paid on the purchase price.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times depend on the destination of the products:
ITALY (DDP): Delivery is typically expected within two days from shipment.
EU Countries (DDP): Delivery is typically expected within three working days from shipment.
Non-EU European Countries (DDU): Delivery is typically expected within three working days from shipment.
Rest of the World: Delivery is typically expected within 5-7 days from shipment using Express Service.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Once the goods are delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt. If the package appears tampered with or damaged, the customer can sign the delivery receipt with a reservation or refuse the delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local GLS office and to Denim System SRL by sending an email to our customer service.
If the customer refuses the delivery, any shipping costs necessary for returning the package to Denim System SRL will be deducted from the refund due to the customer. If, for any reason, the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Denim System SRL at the customer's expense. In this case, Denim System SRL will deduct this amount from any potential refund due to the customer.
