  5. Shipping and Delivery
    5.1. We only ship to Italy and EU countries. Delivery times vary based on the destination and will be indicated at the time of purchase.
    5.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or events of force majeure.

  6. Right of Withdrawal
    6.1. In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without providing any reasons.
    6.2. Products must be returned in their original packaging and at your expense. A refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

  7. Warranty and Complaints
    7.1. All products sold on the Site are covered by the legal warranty of conformity as per Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code.
